Create Your Own Knitwear Designs! A gentle, festive little class where we draw winter socks, jumpers, hats and other woolly treasures for cards, labels and stationery. What We’ll Be Doing This is a really relaxing workshop where we spend time creating a lovely collection of illustrated winter wear. I’ll show you a simple drawing method to get started (honestly, it’s so easy), and then we’ll play with loads of variations — different socks, bobble hats, jumpers, even knitted knickers if you fancy! You can focus on one item and draw all sorts of versions of it, or go for a full festive washing line of cosy clothes it's totally up to you. And don’t worry if drawing isn’t usually your thing, there’s a trace-and-transfer option too, so you can join in without any pressure. If you’ve got more experience, I’ll show you some lovely freehand techniques to explore as well. What You’ll Learn A simple, beginner-friendly way to draw winter garments How to use tracing if you prefer not to sketch freehand Freehand illustration tips if you’d like more of a challenge Lots of ideas for festive cards and layouts How to choose a limited colour palette that really works How to fill a sketchbook page (or make collage pieces for cards and labels) Who It’s For Anyone!
