What is Box Journaling?
It's a simple practice I use to record and reflect upon my month. In a nutshell, I draw little boxes across a sketchbook page then fill them with tiny drawings. It’s an easy, flexible system that turns ordinary days, trips and memories into a colourful visual diary. Use it as a weekly or monthly log, a travel record, a mindful gratitude practice, or simply a way to draw more.
Who this is for: beginners and doodlers, busy people who want a creative habit, travellers, memory-keepers and anyone who’d like a mindful drawing practice.
